We're stuck on opening a Coinbase business relationship. ID verification. We have driver's license scanned every bit an image. They require yous to apply a webcam to capture a live image of your license now instead of simply taking a picture of the prototype and saving it equally an prototype file. We have an ancient logitech cam. Take a screen shot using the ctrl and print screen primal and nosotros still terminate up with a image file. It's been a while since I had to do this but download the app and utilize your telephone to scan the ID. I hear that works much better than using the webcam. I tried to assistance my dad do that on GDAX recently and it was a nightmare, nosotros sat there for 8 minutes trying to hold up the ID lol

We don't take photos with our phone. What other ways to get signed up speedily on Coinbase? I do not know how to use a desktop reckoner with a USB webcam to become them a photo of my ID. Any tech help? Last edited past howard555; 12-20-2017 at 05:38 PM..

If so use that, if not sounds similar maybe y'all have a plugin external USB webcam, that should work. Not certain if you don't take a phone with a camera or if you take some privacy reason for not wanting to accept photos with it but the problem your experiencing is a mutual i and the only easy solution I've heard is download the coinbase app and employ your phone as a scanner to browse the ID when prompted.

Again it's been a while since I've done this only I don't believe Coinbase has yous upload a still photo, concluding time I did it basically the webcam kind of went into video mode and in that location was a box I had to hold an ID upward to with my face up next to the ID. Information technology was kind of difficult to agree it steady and line the ID up in the box but that's waht I had to practice. Recently some other ICO I had to simply snap a film and upload it but Coinbase seemed a bit trickier.

We have an LTE phone through Q-link. We took a photo of our driver's license with the phone's photographic camera. Poor quality photograph since the camera at to exist so far from the ID to fit it into the windows, and really not much proof of ID if you tin can not read the text on the photo of the commuter's license.
